Cecil Whaley, a 59-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. On that fateful night, Philadelphia Fire Rescue personnel responded to a call at the 6300 block of Buist Avenue and found Cecil Whaley in critical condition. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Cecil succumbed to his injuries the following day.
