Sahmir Marquan Toliaferro, a 20-year-old resident of North Philadelphia, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2023, in a double shooting incident that occurred in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The incident took place at approximately 1:41 PM on the 2800 block of Kensington Avenue. Toliaferro was found by police officers responding to reports of gunfire in the area.
