In the Garfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh, a violent encounter on a Wednesday evening in January 2013 tragically ended the life of 27-year-old Michael Andrews of the East Hills. The incident, which unfolded in the 5300 block of Browns Way, is believed by authorities to have been an attempted home invasion.
