Conrad Rigga Rozier Sr., a 44-year-old man from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot in the chest on February 18, 2025, in the East Hills neighborhood of the city. Authorities responded to the scene on East Hills Drive around 8:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rozier suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
