In the late summer of 2014, a 28-year-old man from the Ludlow neighborhood of Philadelphia, Isaiah Walker, became a victim of fatal gun violence. On the night of Saturday, September 6th, on American Street near Ontario in North Philadelphia, Walker was shot multiple times in the head. The shooting occurred at approximately 10:25 p.m.
