In the winter of 2010, the city of Birmingham, Alabama, was the scene of a heart-wrenching crime that has since remained a mystery. On the morning of December 27th, a customer and an employee of the Top Perfect Nail salon on Bessemer Road made a grim discovery. Inside the salon, they found the owners, Nhut Phan, a female, and her husband, Jacky Nguyen, both victims of a brutal double homicide.
