Murdered

On July 15, 2020, Bernice Taylor, a 64-year-old resident of Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically killed by a stray bullet while standing in her kitchen. The incident occurred around midnight at her apartment located in the 1400 block of 24th Street North. Responding officers found Taylor unresponsive with a gunshot wound, and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
