Kyrell Tyler, a 23-year-old Philadelphia resident, was murdered on October 14, 2014. Known widely in the local community by his nickname "Dirt Bike Rell," Tyler was a popular dirt bike stunt rider and social media personality with a significant following. On the day of his death, Philadelphia police officers responded to the 2100 block of South 60th Street around 1:20 p.m., where they found Tyler inside a black Monte Carlo.
