Vaughn Cromartie, a 37-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot twice in the abdomen while lying in the street on North Philip Street. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, Vaughn succumbed to his injuries the following day.
