Yaharne Harper, a 48-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on February 23, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found in his Overbrook Park home with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Harper, who was believed to be a security guard, was discovered in his full uniform on the living room floor. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when officers responded to reports of an unresponsive man. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
