On the evening of April 13, 2019, in Tacoma, Washington, 42-year-old Daniel Stueart, a White male, tragically lost his life. At approximately 7:30 p.m., the sound of a single gunshot pierced the air in a large transient encampment located in the 10000 block of Steele Street South, near Charlton Lake.
