On New Year's Day in Philadelphia, a dispute escalated into a deadly shootout that resulted in the death of 21-year-old Quadir Tull and another man. The incident took place on the 7100 block of Oakland Street shortly after 11 a.m.

The confrontation began when a group, including Tull, arrived at the residence of 52-year-old Luis Colon to confront his stepdaughter. The dispute was related to the stepdaughter's ex-boyfriend, who was not present at the scene. An altercation broke out on the f ...
