In the Juniata Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, a young life was abruptly cut short on a Wednesday afternoon. Nineteen-year-old Miguel Colon, a Hispanic male, was found inside his silver Honda CRV on the 4000 block of Howard Street on April 13, 2016. He had been shot multiple times.
