On September 25, 2009, Ricardo Rowe, age 23, was fatally shot in Philadelphia. The incident occurred on the 2300 block of North Marshall Street. According to reports, Philadelphia Police responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ricardo suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
