In the city of Syracuse, New York, the life of 24-year-old Keisean Canery was cut short in a burst of gunfire on the evening of Thursday, October 7, 2021. The shooting, which occurred on the city's South Side, also critically injured 22-year-old Winston Brown Jr. and another man.
