Joseph McKinnon, a 45-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was tragically killed on December 5, 2014. At around 5:49 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 1500 block of South Cleveland Street after reports of gunfire. McKinnon was found inside a gray Nissan Rogue, which had come to a stop after striking an iron gate in front of a residence.
