Emmanuel Cintron, 22 years old, was tragically killed on August 24, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Emmanuel was shot multiple times on the evening of Sunday, August 23, 2015, on the 3300 block of H Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the scene at approximately 9:00 p.m., they found him suffering from severe gunshot wounds to his chest, shoulder, and arms.
