Jordan Baxter, 38, a Black/African American male from Philadelphia, was found dead on the morning of March 19, 2025, outside a home on the 800 block of Bells Mill Road in Northwest Philadelphia's Roxborough/Upper Roxborough area. Police were called shortly before 7 a.m. for a report of a person screaming, and when officers arrived they found Baxter unresponsive on a plastic sheet between two parked cars.
