On November 14, 2016, Brandon Baylor, a 28-year-old male, was shot and killed in North Philadelphia. The shooting occurred shortly before 4:15 p.m. on the 1900 block of North 25th Street, inside the Johnson Homes public housing development where his grandmother resided. Baylor was shot once in the chest and once in the groin. He was transported to Temple Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
