Lemuel Coleman, aged 23, was tragically murdered on the evening of December 13, 2011, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 8:20 p.m. in the 2700 block of Seltzer Street in North Philadelphia, where they found Coleman with multiple gunshot wounds.
