Emilio Quintana, a 40-year-old resident of Philadelphia, was shot and killed on the night of September 28, 2015. Police officers responded to the 2800 block of Mutter Street, where they found Quintana suffering from a gunshot wound to his back. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital and was admitted in critical condition. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning on September 29, 2015.
