On the morning of September 29, 1997, the body of 47-year-old Caucasian male, Timothy Warren “Timm” Kruger, was discovered by a newspaper delivery man in Portland, Oregon. Kruger was found lying in the street near his bicycle at the intersection of North Haight Avenue and Killingsworth Street, having died from an apparent gunshot wound.
