In the early morning hours of July 28, 2024, the Lloyd District neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to reports of shots fired near Northeast 6th Avenue and Northeast Holladay Street at approximately 6:02 a.m., Portland Police officers arrived to a grim scene.
