In the winter of 2014, a night out in Oklahoma City turned tragic for 34-year-old Susie Wahpekeche. On January 22nd, she was driving near SW 15th Street and Interstate 44 with a companion, Ray Dean Johnson. As they drove, another vehicle pulled alongside them and an unknown assailant opened fire into their car. Both Susie and Ray were struck by the gunfire.
