In the late hours of a Saturday night in Oklahoma City, tragedy struck, claiming the life of 31-year-old Jessica Kotulsky. On November 28, 2020, a violent altercation erupted between a group of men at a convenience store located at the intersection of NW 10th Street and Western Avenue. The dispute quickly escalated, leading to an exchange of gunfire.
