In the winter of 2019, the life of a bright-eyed toddler was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. Two-year-old Riah Janae Thomas, a female, was shot and killed on December 16, 2019, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The incident that claimed her life also left her grandmother wounded, adding another layer of tragedy to the devastating event.
