Birmingham Police were called out at 2:35 a.m. this morning to a shooting at 1105 3rd Avenue West. When officers arrived on the scene they found one person shot to death lying on a sidewalk.

Officers later learned a fight had taken place in the parking lot of a club. Two other victims suffered non life threatening gunshot wounds.
