On February 22, 2002, Christopher Arrington, a 29-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot in his apartment located at 3792 Westmont Avenue, Unit #204. The incident occurred late at night, and Arrington was found by authorities after reports of gunfire.
