Damond Rahsann Prudhomme, a 29-year-old African American male, was found dead on March 23, 2016, in Jennings, Louisiana. His body was discovered inside a tan Chevy Malibu by a passerby who reported the death around 7:45 a.m. Prudhomme's body had gunshot wounds, indicating that he was a victim of homicide.
