Curtiss Hill Jr., a 20-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on February 1, 2014. He was walking down Woodburn Avenue when he was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Woodburn Avenue, and Hill's friends and family were devastated by the sudden loss.
