Donnell Steele, a 30-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2021. Steele was shot and killed in the Millvale neighborhood of Cincinnati. His death was part of a series of fatal shootings connected to a group of individuals involved in a murder-for-hire scheme.
