LeBlond Oliver, a 41-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on July 30, 2017, in Cincinnati, OH. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds at around 2 a.m. on July 28, 2017, at the corner of Wells and Glenway avenues in East Price Hill. Despite being rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Oliver succumbed to his injuries.
