James Anthony Hazel Jr., a 19-year-old male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically passed away on August 20, 2019. He was shot and killed in the early hours of the morning near Grant Park in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit took over the investigation, but no suspects were immediately identified.
