On September 21, 2024, Devon Trotter, a 37-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot in a violent incident that occurred in the Winton Hills neighborhood. Trotter was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering gunshot wounds. Another individual involved in the incident was injured but survived and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
