In the quiet, early morning hours of June 29, 2026, the Cincinnati neighborhood of Lincoln Heights was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. In a driveway on Jackson Street, 50-year-old Eddie Crossty, a male resident of Cheviot, was found with multiple gunshot wounds just after midnight. Emergency services were called to the scene, and Crossty was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
