On October 23, 2004, Timothy Wightman, a 56-year-old man, was fatally shot at 1274 Elsinore Place in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place in Hamilton County, and Wightman was pronounced dead on the same day. Despite the Cincinnati Police Department's efforts, the case remains unsolved, and Wightman's homicide has since been classified as a cold case.
