Shelby Carpenter, a 69-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 29, 2024, following a violent incident in East Price Hill. Carpenter was shot during a triple shooting that occurred in the 700 block of Wells Street. On the morning of the shooting, Bolen, aged 45, allegedly shot Carpenter and another victim, identified as 62-year-old Sheila Asher-Hayes.
