Shelby Carpenter, a 69-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 29, 2024, following a violent incident in East Price Hill. Carpenter was shot during a triple shooting that occurred in the 700 block of Wells Street. The incident unfolded just before a scheduled eviction hearing for his stepson, Dustin Bolen, who was implicated in the shooting.
