O'Bryan Raphael Spikes, a 27-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on March 26, 2017, at the Cameo nightclub in Cincinnati, OH. Spikes, who was affectionately known as "Lucky," was at the club with friends when an argument escalated, leading to gunfire. He had no involvement in the altercation that led to his death.
