Diondre Callionn Pacak, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was shot twice in the back in the Avondale neighborhood and was found in the ballfield behind Hirsch Recreation Center. His death marked the 51st homicide in Cincinnati that year.
