Rasheed Mills, 16, male, Black/African American, was shot on the night of June 19, 2025, inside an apartment on the 1300 block of Vine Street in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Officers found Rasheed Mills with a gunshot wound to the chest; he was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.
