Death by Force

Rasheed Mills, 16, male, Black/African American, was shot on the night of June 19, 2025, inside an apartment on the 1300 block of Vine Street in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Officers found Rasheed Mills with a gunshot wound to the chest; he was rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died. The Hamilton County coroner identified him the next day, and police said the shooter fled immediately after the gunfire.
