David Francy, a 47-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically shot and killed on March 6, 2022. Francy was found in the hallway of an apartment building on Georgia Avenue in Northside, Cincinnati, with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred just 15 minutes after another shooting in Green Township, where 27-year-old Richard Kelsay was also shot and killed.
