On April 20, 2003, Joseph Avery, a 27-year-old male, was shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 517 Livingston Street in Hamilton County. Avery's death remains unsolved, and his case is part of the Ohio Attorney General's list of cold cases. Despite years passing since the homicide, there have been no apparent leads that could help solve the case.
