Donovan Clark, a 38-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was shot and killed early on the morning of May 28, 2021, near Grant Park in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The Cincinnati Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at around 4:30 a.m. and found Clark shot on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
