Cornelius Foster Jr., a 16-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 4, 2021, following a shooting incident in Mt. Airy. Cornelius, affectionately known as "Lil Korn," was a sophomore at Dohn Community High School and had aspirations of becoming an entertainer in the music industry.
