On October 17, 2006, Tommy Rivers, a 25-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed in a shooting. The incident occurred in the early hours at 1455 Hafer Alley, located in the Hamilton County area of Cincinnati. Rivers was found with gunshot wounds at the scene, and despite efforts from the emergency services, he succumbed to his injuries.
