On January 16, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., 24-year-old Anthony Howard Jr. was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds in the 900 block of Harris Avenue in Cincinnati's West Price Hill neighborhood. First responders transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
