On August 1, 2016, at approximately 4:45 a.m., Cincinnati police officers responded to a reported shooting on St. Lawrence Avenue in the West Price Hill neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers found 31-year-old Mario Berduo Augustin suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment.
Despite medical efforts, Mario Berduo Augustin succumbed to his injuries on August 6, 2016.
The incident remains under investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit, which continues to seek information from the public to help solve the case. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the authorities.
