On April 22, 2008, 35-year-old Deric Bartlett was killed in front of 788 Leona Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Bartlett sustained multiple gunshot wounds, resulting in his death at the scene. The incident was investigated by the Columbus Police Department but remains unsolved. No suspects or significant leads have been made public, leaving his case open as one of the numerous unsolved homicides in Franklin County.
