On May 9, 2016, Armani Davon Anderson, a 14-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. at the 700 block of S. Weyant Avenue. Columbus police responded to a report of a double shooting, where they found Anderson suffering from gunshot wounds along with another victim, Devon Wyrick, who was 21 years old.
