On June 1, 2024, at approximately 11:05 p.m., 39-year-old Ein Martin Johnson Sr. was fatally shot in the 500 block of North Ohio Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Responding officers discovered Johnson and two other individuals—a male and a female—suffering from gunshot wounds. All three victims were transported to local hospitals, where Johnson was pronounced dead at 11:30 p.m. The other male victim remained in critical condition, while the female victim was reported in stable condition.
